  had a chicken little the other day and it was a bad piece of chicken. it tasted like rubber. threw it right out.

  This place is awful. The customer service here is terrible, to top it off i waited 15-20 mins. in the drive through full of complaining customers, everyone's order was wrong. I departed to find out that my order was wrong as well. I came back and asked to speak to a manager and i was told that there were non there at the moment. I asked when can i speak to one they said they wouldn't have one present until tomorrow. I nice young man helped me out by simply just changing my order to what i originally asked for. I thought i was so sad that no one could offer something so simple as customer service, when my order was screwed up. They need to do better, and have some customer service skills.. save yourself a trip from going to this horrible place.
