  El Dorado Diner is everything you expect in an American diner in a sleepy suburban location. The menu offers an array of family-dinner favorite dishes; not the meatloaf-and-mashed potato kind, but the eggplant parmagiana kind that mom makes on a special occasion. No single ethnic food group dominates the offerings, though -- Americanized versions of many favorites appear, rich and creamy and in large portions that defy most dietary restrictions. You won't find gluten-free or much that will satisfy a vegan here. A wide selection of baked goods from muffins to cakes to pies enhances the menu from morning to evening. The decor is up-to-date, attractive, and the seating is comfortable. The two dining areas are well-designed to accommodate any size party; it looks like a good place for a small crowd or private party. Attentive, professional, service-oriented staff and lots of good food at a fair price.
